Levain Sourdough: Carolina Ground© flours; wheat and rye. Whole wheat starter, salt, and water. 48 hour fermentation

 

Multigrain Sourdough: Carolina Ground© flours; rye, trinity, & organic bread flour. Whole wheat starter with black sesame, white sesame, oats, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds, caraway, salt.

 

Laminated Baguette: Carolina Ground© flours; whole wheat and bread flour. Butter, water, salt and yeast. 72 hour fermentation.

 

Seeded Multigrain (Gluten Free): oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, white and black sesame seeds, flax seed, oat flour, dates, egg, sorghum, water and oil. Baked in loaf pans separately from glutinous items.

 

Brioche (Gluten Free): Anson Mills GF flour blend (oat, benne, sea island red pea), honey, xanthan gum, cornstarch, tapioca starch, rice flour, eggs, oil, milk, salt, yeast. Baked in loaf pans separately from glutinous items.

 

Sweet Potato Brioche: Sweet potato puree, Benton’s bacon fat, milk, eggs, butter, bread flour, salt and yeast.

 

Sunflower Honey Wheat: Carolina Ground© flours; bread & whole wheat. Whole wheat starter with oats, sunflower seeds, grapeseed oil, milk, yeast, honey, water, & salt.
