Careful preparation maximizes the bioavailability of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in the nuts and seeds used in these butters. The process begins with premium nuts and seeds that are raw, whole, and certified organic. They are then hand sorted, soaked, rinsed, and dehydrated at a low temperature, not exceeding 108° F, to preserve temperature-sensitive enzymes and nutrients. The sprouted nuts and seeds are then slowly stone-ground to create delicious, creamy spreads that not only taste great, but are easier to digest.
